This is a 60 min high intensity, low impact, full body workout designed to tone and build muscle, strengthen core, increase endurance and support weight loss. IHP Founder, Gabriella Walters, created this class for all fitness levels with lots of modifications shown throughout the class. Set to energized music, this challenging class focuses on cardiovascular fitness all while minimizing joint impact. Our IHP teachers are certified through Gabriella’s training and are honored to provide this amazing class!
Tone and Sculpt is a dynamic exercise, low impact class designed to target and strengthen key muscle groups, while also improving overall fitness and body definition. Combining resistance
training, bodyweight and light weight added exercises as well as light cardio focuses on building lean muscle, burn calories, increase endurance and enhance core strength all while having
fun!!!
