Provides a 90-minute Bikram Series, a silent 75-minute Bikram Series, and a Happy Hour Bikram Series. The three Bikram Series sessions consists of 2 breathing exercises and 26 postures. This series was designed to heal the body and detox the organs in a healthy way.
We will provide this fun yoga flow with music and movement that opens the body and facilitates flexibility of the mind, body, energy, connection. Coming Soon!
Hot Pilates is very different from yoga. Hot Pilates contains the movement principles of pilates and incorporates high intensity interval training designed by founder Gabriella Walters. This class gives the student an overall total body workout. Hot Pilates participants continue to burn calories for twenty-four hours or more after a session. Pilates builds muscle and endurance while toning the whole body.
